CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking your stay at Retreat do Amor, Quinta do Amor. Because the full payment is required at the time of booking, please review our cancellation terms carefully:

PAYMENT

Full payment (100% of the retreat price) is due upon booking to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• More than 60 days before arrival:
  You may cancel and receive a refund of 70% of the total payment. A 30% cancellation fee applies.

• Between 60 and 30 days before arrival:
  You may cancel and receive a refund of 50% of the total payment.

• Less than 30 days before arrival:
  No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

NO-SHOW

If you do not arrive without prior notice, the full amount will be retained and no refund will be given.

BOOKING CHANGES

Requests to change your booking options are possible but subject to availability.

EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS

For emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review each case individually.
