RETREAT DO AMOR - CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. At the same time, Retreat do Amor involves significant upfront costs and limited capacity. For this reason, we apply the following cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST

• More than 30 days before the retreat start date

  No refund will be issued. However, you may:
  - Transfer your booking to another person (subject to our approval), or

  - Receive a credit for 100% of the amount paid, valid for 12 months toward a future Retreat do Amor, subject to availability.

• Between 30 and 14 days before the retreat start date
  No refund will be issued. However, you may:

  - Transfer your booking to another person (subject to our approval), or

  - Receive a credit for 50% of the amount paid, valid for 12 months toward a future Retreat do Amor, subject to availability.

• Less than 14 days before the retreat start date or no-show
  Unfortunately, no refund or credit can be offered.

EARLY DEPARTURE

If you choose to leave the retreat early for any reason, this is considered a cancellation, and no refund or credit will be provided for unused nights, meals, or activities.

CANCELLATION BY RETREAT DO AMOR

In the unlikely event that Retreat do Amor must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure or circumstances beyond our control), you will be offered either:

• A full refund of all payments made, or

• A full credit toward a future retreat, at your choice.

Retreat do Amor cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred by guests, including flights or other travel expenses. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
