LESS IS AMOR
12 participants • 12 facilitators
You are invited to reconnect with the fundamental elements of your well-being. Crafted with twelve experts, based on four pillars, we will go on a journey to reset the most essential principles of a happy and healthy life. All while pampering you with massages, yummy food, and great company.
MOVE WITH LIGHTNESS
Every day starts with movement. Discover a new practice or reconnect with a lost one as you get back into a healthy rhythm.
REST WITH INTENTION
Reconnect with your breath, listen to your body. We crafted moments of mindfulness for you to integrate in peace and rest in nature.
NOURISH YOUR BODY
Our in house chefs will tailor meals aligned with the flow of each day with ingredients from the farm and beyond.
CONNECT WITH AMOR
Meet people who will inspire and support you, as well as experts who will share guidance along the way and be present for lunches and dinners.
a typical day do amor
-
Each day starts with movement. We will wake you up with gentle bells and invite you to walk to the barn for your first session of the day.
-
Now it’s time to nourish your body with delicious produce from the farm.
-
One of our facilitators will guide you to try something new that you might want to implement in your life after the retreat.
-
Food is served under a 300 year old cork tree. You might live as long as him if you come on this retreat!
-
The afternoon workshops are crafted around fundamental pillars of wellbeing: Breath, Nutrition, Lightness, Sleep, Movement, and Mindfulness. You will join two complementary workshops each lead by a different expert.
-
This is a time of the day with no program where you can wonder around the farm, take a sauna, swim in one of our pools, grab a book in the library,…You will also be invited to a massage on one of the days of your retreat.
-
Our in-house chefs continue to spoil you with yummy and healthy food. Time to unwind and discuss with other participants about your learnings of the day. This is also a great time to ask questions to the facilitators who will share meals with you.
-
After dinner we will serve tea and let you do whatever you feel you need to do before slumbering into a peaceful sleep as you listen to the gentle sounds of Arrábida.
the venue
Nestled in the heart of the Arrábida National Park, Quinta do Amor is a 20-hectare paradise just 50 minutes from Lisbon.
This centuries-old farmhouse has been carefully restored to welcome nourishing retreats, preserving its historic charm while providing the modern comforts you need to rest.
Discover your perfect rhythm across our three spaces: unwind in the Oásis, challenge your mind and your body in the Barn, and rest in the Quinta.
